This is about love. It's Valentine's Day so forgive me, if I'm not making you roll in the aisles. Peeing your pants. And having to change yet another pair of Depends. This is about my friend Amy D. It's about love. Love for humanity. Love for a stranger. For a stranger's mother. This is about GIVING in the most ultimate way.
My friend Amy D. is, well, my friend, fellow comedian, yelper, CenPho freak and THE BEST RADIO HOST EVER! We had some fun times together on her show the past couple of years. Please read the link to her blog. You see. Amy is donating her kidney to save the life of a new friend's mother. A friend she met on twitter. You see, Amy D and I both live our lives pretty publicly. Social media has been a no brainer for both of us. But I haven't offered to donate an organ. Frankly, not so sure if they would be up for it! But Amy knows.
