Yep. The perfect holiday cocktail. While it's on the menu at FEZ, it's long been a favorite of mine when I first had it made for me by Emeril Lagasse! He was a guest chef at Book Soup Bistro on Sunset Blvd. 100 years ago. He was very nice and it was honor to meet and drink with him!!! Though I remember him adding a splash of cranberry as well. So play with it a little and have fun!

2 count of Chambord
Splash of sour
Shake 25 times...really...25 is the magic number!
Top with your favorite champagne
Serve in a sugar rimmed martini glass with a lemon twist
