Food. Wine. Laughter. Three of my favorite things. And they all play a part in my career and life. From stand up in NYC and LA to restaurant GM and foodie, I incorporate my love of food and performance with my restaurant guests, friends and family. Yep. The perfect holiday cocktail. While it's on the menu at FEZ, it's long been a favorite of mine when I first had it made for me by Emeril Lagasse! He was a guest chef at Book Soup Bistro on Sunset Blvd. 100 years ago. He was very nice and it was honor to meet and drink with him!!! Though I remember him adding a splash of cranberry as well. So play with it a little and have fun!

Splash of sour

Shake 25 times...really...25 is the magic number!

Top with your favorite champagne

Serve in a sugar rimmed martini glass with a lemon twist
