OK anyone who knows me at all knows I am a die hard Oprah fan. I've been watching her for 25 years. I even have Oprah dreams! Not those kind people! Get your mind out of the gutter. My favorite Oprah dream (in the dream I call her "O") is the two of us are in a fancy log cabin. She asked me to chop some wood (again, funny, anyway who knows me knows I DO NOT chop wood lol)...but it's for O so a choppin' I went. Then suddenly she calls me in and there is a leak above her bed and I stand on a ladder and stick my finger in the hole so she can finish her nap.
Gee. The dream seemed fun way back when. Now it just makes me seem kind of pathetic and needy LOL!
Anyway...I'm counting down the final shows (tissues on coffee table) and will be enjoying Moscow Mules on the final program. I invite y'all to join me in a toast to Oprah that day!

- 1 ounce vodka
- 1 tsp. sugar syrup
- Fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup ginger beer
- 1 sprig fresh mint
- 1 slice of lime
