G Spot Thursdays at FEZ has become extremely popular. This refreshing cocktail made with Absolut Ruby Red vodka is loved even by guests who don't care for grapefruit. So in the spirit of sharing I thought I should blog our "secret" recipe LOL! I hope you enjoy this cocktail. It's great in the evening and really great with brunch. Our G Spot cocktail is $3 every Thursday and $3 every Saturday and Sunday brunch. We serve it on the rocks but are adding a martini version soon! Cheers and SYAF!

Use a 16 oz pint glass (chilled would be a nice touch)

Muddle fresh grapefruit in bottom of glass

In a shaker with ice add...

5 count of Absolut Ruby Red vodka

Splash or two of pomegranate syrup (depending on how sweet you like it)

Finish with equal parts...

Cranberry juice, soda water and grapefruit juice.

Shake 25 times and pour liquid and ice into pint glass (add more ice if needed), garnish with a fresh grapefruit slice

Sit by the pool and sip away. Happy Summer EVERYONE!
