Food. Wine. Laughter. Three of my favorite things. And they all play a part in my career and life. From stand up in NYC and LA to restaurant GM and foodie, I incorporate my love of food and performance with my restaurant guests, friends and family. As an eternal optimist, I want to bring some whimsy, love and yes, even helpful information, into your life.

It really is FEZtastic. I am SO excited with our new additions to our already fabulous menu. I can't wait for y'all to try our new items and, of course, return for your favorites. Hats off to Chef Nathan for organizing and executing this culinary transition. A big thanks to Mark Howard, Mark Dillon and Tom Jetland for their constant support, leadership and for signing our paychecks. Below are the new dishes I hope you will soon enjoy! SYAF!

Salerno Bruschetta Plate/six pieces of bruschetta - three mozzarella caprese style and three with mascarpone, sweet dates, cured pork and pistachios.

Castel Artichoke Dip/creamy artichoke spread with a crispy crust served with toasted bread spears and kisra bread.

Chef's Sliders/four big sliders with chef's choice of fresh ingredients to be described by server. We launched our sliders with an Amercian Kobe beef slider, I have to say I had a few, and they are DE LISH! So slide on in baby!

Nazare Calamari/crispy, crusted calamari with smoky and spicy paprika aioli.

AND ON OUR BAR MENU

Sausage & Peppers/grilled andouille sausage and peppers with mustard sauce and grilled baguette

What? And we have new cocktails as well? Holy Fezzeroni!

Grapesicle/tropical fruit punch vodka, island punch pucker, cranberry juice and club soda

Cherry Limeade/muddled cherries and lime with citrus and cherry vodka and club soda

Mint Chipper/vanilla vodka, creme de menthe, godiva white chocolate and cream

Watermelon Breeze/watermelon pucker, citrus vodka, cream and fresh dill

Guiness Float/guiness beer with vanilla ice crea. Yep. You hear me loud and clear. Let's repeat. Guiness beer with vanilla ice cream!!!

AND HOW ABOUT SOME NEW DESSERT MARTINIS
Dolce de Leche, Coconut Cream Pie, Butter Cream, Strawberries and Cream and our Orange Tini or Chocolate Tini

I can't thank you all enough for your support, patronage and love of all things FEZ. I celebrated my five year anniversary last month as General Manager. This job has been the cherry on my career. It has brought me so much I hope I am giving back enough. We celebrate our FEZ six year anniversary in October and am sure we will party for 31 days in FEZ style. Thank you to all of my customers, my friends, my staff and my management/owner team. Oh. And to mom and dad. Gotta thank the folks. Without you, I wouldn't be me! You told me I could be anything I wanted to be. You were right. And I'm living the dream mom and dad.
